Upon your signature you are confirming that each individual in attendance will remain professional at all times during the meeting and will come dressed in team apparel (Polo Shirt and pants) or business attire. You are also confirming that you will bring a team helmet painted for the 2026 Season and that all league requirements as well as league financial obligations will be met by the deadline of December 31, 2025.
